Yes, Earjoye Hearing Aids are FDA-approved in the U.S. and also hold UKCA certification in the UK. Our EU Class I Medical Device CE certification will be obtained in 2027. In the first year after purchase, we will replace your product with a brand-new one free of charge if the issue is caused by manufacturing defects, with no fees whatsoever.
From the second to the third year, you will need to pay a small labor fee for repairs.
